Tara I would recommend crime stop to anyone , my nan 18 years ago first used crime stop , we used then in 1997 and again 2 months ago and when we needed a new system. last sunday morning it was going off and a man came out on the sunday to sort it out , it was fantastic at 4am when the alarm was going off , to ask an expert for help. Many thanks crime stop security When i called and asked about your Burglar alarm package for £199.00 i expected you to say you will need this and you will need that and the price would go up. However when i called and asked about the package you explained to me about the £199.00 and the price stayed the same, on Monday when you installed the Burglar alarm for me i was expecting to have wires all over and need to re decorate, I am glad to say i was very wrong no wires to see and no need to re decorate, Not many people say what they are going to do and then do it so may i say thank you once again and i will be recommending you to every one.

I would like you to pass on my thanks for the service I have recently received from your company. Last weekend my house alarm malfunctioned and I called the number on the alarm panel. Unfortunately this was the number of a rival company in Hull. They assured me that the transformer was burnt out and I needed a new panel, the quote to complete the job was just short of £420 plus the £54 call out charge. In total £474. I phoned your company as I felt this quote was expensive and was offered a completely new system for £210. Obviously I accepted this offer and on Friday your technician arrived ready to do the work. Before starting to replace the system he asked what the earlier fault was and within a couple of minutes diagnosed a back up battery fault. He offered to replace the battery, re set the alarm and give me a 90 day offer to upgrade to the original offer if not satisfied. So for £100 I now have a serviceable system and peace of mind. So, once again Crime-Stop Security thank you very much for your commendable service, I will take great delight in recommending you to my neighbours and colleagues. Regards and thanks Dave Collier
